We provide a pathway to IT Training. We focus on providing our students with a learning environment that will lead them to obtain a career in Information Technology (IT). Our goal is to provide all our students with an environment that will make learning IT fun and exciting. Our training is unique, we focus our students on learning technology using 100% hands-on approach. We do not open any books during our Career Path sessions. Using this hands-on approach the student has mastered the technology and knowledge. Students have learned to speak, implement and manage technology. In as little as two to three weeks, we notice a vast improvement in all students who work hard to learn their selected technology. We provide IT training for Cyber Security, Networking, Helpdesk, CASP, Security Plus, and CCNA. Our training has two focuses “Career Path” and “Certifications”. In our Career Path training, we offer Helpdesk, Cyber Security and Jr. Network Engineering. Follow-up courses to the Career Path Training are IT Certification Training courses, which are Security Plus, CASP, Microsoft, CCNA and a few more. The combination of the two forms of training increases each students' the ability to obtain full-time employment with government and commercial companies.
Career Path
MD Tech established Career Path training was designed for anyone who wants to make a career change and for students who for whatever reason couldn’t attend traditional college but has the desire to achieve higher goals in life. Many students we have in class lack the confidence in believing they can become a Network Engineer, a Cyber ISSO, or Assessor. Once the students begin working in the classroom and completing a few assignments, they find themselves becoming a techie. They start talking, thinking and acting like a techie. Students begin to work together discussing how to resolve issues using IT languages like OSPF and EIGRP.
What is offered with our Career Path “Jr Network” training?
We provide the students with eight weeks of technical training, resume writing, day of dress for success and finally interview prepping.
During the eight weeks, the students will follow a pre-defined schedule of training. Each week the student will receive a new assignment to build on the previous week(s) work. At the end of the eight weeks, the students will have enough knowledge to begin working as a Jr. Network Admin or Jr. Network Engineer.
During the sixth or seventh week of training, we sit with the students and provide resume writing training. We help build each student a professional resume ready to send out to clients and post on a pre-defined list of job boards. We also have a dress for success day. Each student dresses as if they are going to a job. Finally, we will work with each student on how to interview. We have developed pre-defined interview scripts to help the students complete an interview and walk away from the interview with confidence.

Bootcamp
Most IT jobs require one or more official certifications before an IT candidate can become an IT employee. Here at MD Tech, we offer thousands of certifications. Combining our training and certification program, we help a candidate become employed. We are different from other Bootcamp programs because we focus on our students learning technology and passing their exam. Students use our in-house developed Test Engine. Students will have the opportunity to Pre-test, before taking the actual Exam. Our Instructors not only quiz students daily but also review the Pre-test for each Student identifying deficiencies. Then work with the Student in the areas needing improvement. This approach has increased the passing rate of our Students when taking their Course Exam and Certification tests.
